Dt. Ann T. Washington, PC hailing from Newark, New Jersey, and currently residing in Owings Mills, Maryland, was created a daughter of Jerusalem Court No. 1 on September 26, 2017. Dt. Washington assumed the esteemed position of the 116th Illustrious Commandress of Jerusalem Court No. 1, Oasis of Baltimore, Desert of Maryland, following her election in December 2023.
