Honorary Past Imperial Potentate Anthony D. Thorpe was created in Jerusalem Temple No. 4 Oasis of Baltimore, Desert of Maryland on July 19, 1997, where he served many elected and appointed seats. He was elected Illustrious Potentate of Jerusalem Temple No. 4, jumping from Assistant Rabban to Illustrious Potentate without missing a beat at the age of 33 HPIP Anthony D. Thorpe made great strides in the Temple for being one of the youngest Illustrious Potentate in the history of Jerusalem Temple No. 4. On April 2, 2004, HPIP Anthony D. Thorpe works did not go unnoticed, and he won Illustrious Potentate of the Year for the Desert of Maryland, and his Legion of Honor award. He is currently the Imperial Deputy of the Desert of Maryland.
