Dear Daughters of the Desert of Maryland, 

It is an honor to be granted this opportunity to serve, by accepting the appointment to be the Deputy for the Desert of Maryland, alongside such dedicated and accomplished individuals as yourselves. Please allow me to extend my heartfelt pledge of unwavering support to each and every one of you. 

Guided by my motto, "For Unity, For Empowerment, For Renewal: For the Desert," I am committed to working tirelessly to create and maintain a positive Daughter experience. 

For Unity: As a firm believer in the power of togetherness, I wholeheartedly pledge to foster unity among our members.

For Empowerment: It is my utmost belief that empowering each other creates a ripple effect of positive change within our Order. I envision creating opportunities and platforms to promote growth and the realization of each member's potential. Let us celebrate one another's achievements and support each other in times of struggle. 

For Renewal: Maryland deserves a rejuvenated spirit as we in Maryland have been disproportionately impacted by recent events. We must usher in a new era that brings fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and transformative actions.

As Deputy for the Desert, I understand that I do not stand alone in this endeavor. I am surrounded by a dedicated team of Deputies for the Oases, each committed to upholding the values of Empowerment, Unity, and Renewal. Together, we will leverage our combined knowledge, expertise, and passion to provide the Courts with the vital information required to make informed decisions and drive meaningful change. Together, we shall harness our collective strengths to shape a future that empowers all voices within our Desert. 

My vision for the Desert of Maryland is deeply rooted in the desire to uplift and revitalize our surroundings. I aim to leverage the potential of every member, their diverse talents, and experiences, to propel our community towards continual growth and prosperity.  By cultivating a compendious environment that values every individual's opinion, we can conquer any challenge that comes our way.  By fostering a culture of support, respect, and inclusivity, we can achieve remarkable accomplishments that surpass all expectations. 

In conclusion, I am truly excited about the journey that lies ahead and the positive impact we can make together. Let us embark on this transformative voyage, hand in hand, with the determination and passion to uplift the Desert of Maryland.
