Desert  D.I.M.E

The Desert of Maryland proudly unites Daughters from all Courts in a dynamic collaboration through the D.I.M.E. Program—a powerful extension of the Imperial Court’s Daughters D.I.M.E. initiative. Together, these committed women work hand in hand to uplift and empower our youth, serving as a unified force for good within our communities.

This program is more than just an initiative; it is a sisterhood in action—demonstrating what is possible when Daughters from across the state come together with one purpose: to inspire, mentor, and guide the next generation.

Our Mission

The mission of the D.I.M.E. (Daughters Investing in Motivating and Empowering) Program, alongside its counterpart the S.A.M. Program, is to provide positive role models who nurture strong, supportive relationships. Through mentorship and meaningful engagement, we aim to increase academic success, build self-esteem, and enhance the social development of our youth.

Our Purpose

We are committed to reaching underserved and at-risk youth between the ages of 8 and 22, guiding them toward making positive life choices. By helping them unlock their full potential, we empower them to become confident, capable, and productive citizens of tomorrow.

Through the collective efforts of our Daughters, the Desert of Maryland’s D.I.M.E. Program stands as a beacon of hope, leadership, and love.
