Ramonda Fabian

Dt. Ramonda Fabian, PC has been a member of Anwar Court since 2016. 

She is a two-term Illustrious Commandress, having successfully served her Court in 2021 and 2022. 

She served 3 years as a member of the Desert's Budget Committee. 

Prior to her role as Imperial Deputy for the Oasis of Rockville, Dt. Fabian served the Imperial Court as a Deputy Imperial Directress in the Imperial Court HBCU Department. 

She is a graduate of Coppin State University and currently works as an event director for a local university.
